The excellent geographical location, respect for winemaking traditions, and the desire and ability to explore new paths that modern technologies offer: this is what we believe in.

During the winter, pruning aims to promote the vitality of the plants by eliminating excess branches. With the arrival of spring, integrated pest management is adopted against diseases and insects, using natural methods and organic products. Summer requires attention to the growth of vegetation and the optimal ripening of the grape bunches, avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals. Autumn is for a careful harvest, manually selecting the healthiest grape clusters and preparing the soil for the next vintage. This seasonal care based on organic practices ensures the production of healthy and high-quality grapes, enhancing biodiversity and an authentic connection with the territory.

Surrounding the ancient and finely restored historical farmhouse are the vineyards of Nebbiolo for Barolo, Langhe Nebbiolo, and Barbera d'Alba, covering an area of approximately 8 hectares.

The cellar: history and fragrance of Langhe region. Our cellar, entirely built underground, is an environmentally respectful work designed with a strong preference for materials that evoke Piedmontese architecture, including the characteristic exposed brick and refined diorite stone. The entire project was developed with attention to harmonizing with the landscape, ensuring a seamless integration into the territory.
